Dan Sneeringer

As Southland's Northwest Division Leader, Dan Sneeringer drives the strategic growth of the business and our people, creating a sustainable and diverse business model. Leading the construction, service, and engineering business, Dan is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Northwest Division. 

With over 30 years of experience, Dan entered the trades in 1989 and quickly rose through the ranks. Throughout his tenure at Southland, he has held multiple roles, including operations manager, project executive, and senior project manager. While managing the operations team, he provided guidance for projects, contract and estimating reviews, and growth and communication for multiple roles across cross-functional teams. 

Focused on growing our leaders and creating opportunities throughout the organization, Dan has successfully completed multiple projects, developed productivity tracking tools, and helped expand the company's geography. With his strong knowledge of the industry and financial and business acumen, Dan pioneers continuous process improvement and is passionate about mentoring and coaching others. 

Dan received his associate degree in business administration from AIU. He is a graduate of the MCAA Advanced Leadership Institute and is a Rapport Leadership Master Graduate. Dan is a member of SMACNA Oregon and the SW Washington board. He is 30-hour OSHA certified.
