As Energy Segment Leader, Federal, Chris Mills is responsible for leading and growing Southland's energy efficiency and infrastructure business in the federal sector.
Chris has over 40 years of experience in the building services and energy industry — with the last 14 years dedicated to the federal market. He leverages his extensive knowledge of federal acquisition, development, and operations to ensure superior delivery of mission critical solutions for the many defense and civilian agencies that Southland serves.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University. In the federal space, Chris is involved in the Performance Contracting Coalition (FPCC), Federal Utility Partnership Working Group (FUPWG), and the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO).
