As Southland's Northwest Division Leader, Dan Heichelbech is responsible for leading the strategic growth and development in the Oregon and Washington markets. Building on collaborative client relationships, Dan ensures accountability and insight in his region, helping prove Southland's ability to serve as a trusted partner delivering innovative solutions.
Over the last two decades, Dan has consistently served as a valuable leader. He demonstrates passion for client service excellence and design innovation in every aspect of operations. Dan began his career as a project engineer, providing support for high-tech projects, and earned successive promotions to project manager, senior project manager, director of operations, and vice president of operations.
Dan holds an MBA from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business and a bachelor's degree in building construction management from Purdue University. He's a board member of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Cascadia Chapter, SMACNA Future Leaders member, and Important Business Leaders of Portland (IBLP) member, active member of the PMCA/UA Strategic Planning Committee, and a LEED Accredited Professional BD + C.
