Our Approach
To ensure the project was completed on time, Southland cooperated with the general contractor and the engineering team,
The initial phase work of the multi-phase project was performed during off hours to avoid disruptions.
To isolate the space from the existing mechanical systems, exhaust fans were installed. Southland also overcame challenges when the proposed system could not be installed per plan, which required the field engineering team to make accommodations. Southland worked directly with the engineering team and the general contractor to ensure a constructable design.

Southland successfully delivered this project and maintained client satisfaction.
