Southland Industries Awarded Contract with San Francisco International Airport

San Francisco, CA – San Francisco International Airport (SFO) has named Southland Industries as mechanical engineer of record for its Terminal 3 West Modernization Project. Slated for completion in December of 2022, the $650 million effort consists of the modernization and expansion of the existing western portion of the terminal, including upgrading building systems, enhancing the passenger experience, and renovating gates to maximize flexibility.

Southland will provide design-build services for mechanical, plumbing and building automation systems from the schematic design phase.
