Great Place to Work Certifies Southland Industries for 2024–2025

Southland was recently certified as a Great Place to Work for the fourth year in a row. In addition to the certification, and according to the Great Place to Work National Employee Engagement Study, 93 percent of Southland employees that participated in the survey said it is a great place to work compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
