Overview
To support increased demand and future growth, this confidential client aimed to expand its carbon fiber manufacturing capabilities at their Central Washington facility.
The project was completed in two phases. Phase one focused on expanding the production line for raw material processing, while phase two introduced a new manufacturing line designed to double the facility's overall output.

Our Approach
As the mechanical contractor for this project, we provided a full scope of services for the HVAC and piping systems. This included demolition, relocation, sitework, electrical work, and structural concrete modifications to support the duct bridge installation.
Working directly with the owner, we adapted to the project's fast-tracked schedule and remote location by implementing detailed pre-planning efforts and proactive coordination. Our team applied innovative and collaborative construction processes to align with aggressive milestones and evolving project needs.
Result
We successfully delivered both phases of the project on time and to the client's satisfaction, enhancing the facility's capabilities while supporting future scalability.
