Garden Grove, CA – Southland Industries recently announced the promotion of company veteran Tony Wang to the role of chief financial officer. He previously served as the organization's vice president and treasurer.
Wang joined Southland Industries in 1997 and has since followed in the footsteps of current CEO, Ted Lynch, growing with the company from an entry-level financial analyst into a corporate finance officer and vital member of the executive leadership team. During his 20-plus years at Southland, Mr. Wang has played an integral role in ERP implementation, acquisitions, joint ventures, benefits administration, and development of regional controllers, as well as various process improvement initiatives.
In his new role as chief financial officer, the Cal State Fullerton MBA graduate will oversee Southland's finance and safety departments.
