
Dulles, VA – Southland Industries was recently awarded the Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC), Generation 4 (Gen4) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Department of Energy. As one of 20 prime contractors to be awarded, Southland Industries can now compete for individual ESPC task orders to improve efficiency and sustainability of federal facilities.
Marking the fourth generation of such contracts awarded by the Department of Energy since 1998, energy and water infrastructure project financed through these contracts offer guaranteed cost-savings for federal sites and are designed to pay for themselves over time.
Southland was previously awarded this contract in 2017.
