Department of Veterans Affairs Selects Utility Systems Solutions, Inc. (US2) and Partner Southland Energy for ESPC Contract

Dulles, VA – US2 and Southland were recently awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The US2 and Southland Team is part of a list of four SDVOSBs – large company teams awarded this contract.

With the ability to contract directly with the VA, the US2 and Southland Team will be able to help the VA meet their mandated energy reduction and resilience goals, enhance existing facility infrastructure, and achieve energy security. The ESPC projects will also contribute to improving the overall environment and care for veterans and their families at medical centers and hospitals nationwide.
