Southland Energy Appoints Roxanne Fong as Director of Utility Programs

San Diego, CA – Southland Energy recently appointed Roxanne Fong as Director of Utility Programs. In her new role, Ms. Fong will lead Southland's growth strategy for the utilities sector by developing partnerships to deliver energy and infrastructure solutions and services.

Ms. Fong brings over 30 years of experience working in the utilities industry to her new role. Throughout her career, she's developed and implemented various programs to help government and commercial clients meet their energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability goals. In her most recent role, she led PG&E's New Revenue Development (NRD) business development team, which developed and implemented over $300 million in design-build energy projects.

Ms. Fong graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Business and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. She is also Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certified from Villanova University. Before joining Southland Energy, Ms. Fong was recognized as a Supplier Diversity Champion and served on the Board of Directors for the Utilities Technology Council (UTC) from 2008–2018.
