We're the champions of Southland's "People First" focus. In Human Resources, you'll be a business-integrated partner working with amazing professional talent at all levels of the organization. You'll drive talent attraction, development, and retention efforts with our business leaders across the nation, enable our people to bring their authentic self every day to work so that they can make the biggest impact within their teams, and cultivate our culture through inclusion, coaching, strategic partnerships, and more.
In addition to Human Resources, our Corporate area houses our Brand Management and Marketing group. Our marketing and brand management teams take the vision and strategy behind each one of our brands and make it come to life. On any given day, our teams can be found developing brand experiences for both internal and external communications, websites, proposals and social media.
