What is BIM/VDC and what do we look for in candidates?

Building Information Management (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) helps ensure that every project that comes through Southland Industries is streamlined with the latest technology to increase productivity and efficiencies in the field, deliver on owner expectations, and encourage idea-sharing with our design-build experts. 

You can be an integral part of the success of our divisional engineering and detailing teams as we apply Lean principles to our engineering and detailing processes. Southland is one of the first in our industry to implement a centralized BIM/VDC structure to support our design-build divisions across the country.
