North America's Building Trades Union (NABTU) awarded Alicia Robinson, Trade Constructability Lead, the Tradeswomen Heroes Award in September 2023.
Alicia is an ambassador for leadership and inclusion for UA Local 469. She, along with her sister, started a women's committee with a vision to introduce women to the trades at job fairs and programs.
