With nearly 3,000 member companies employing over 380,000 union workers nationwide, the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) Safety Statistics and Awards Program stands as a prestigious initiative focused on making safety and health our industry's top priority. The program recognizes MCAA members across six categories, including zero recordables, zero lost workday cases, and recordable and lost workday case incidence rates at least 25% below the industry average. This year's cohort demonstrated exceptional performance, achieving industry-leading safety metrics and showing marked improvement over 2024.
We're proud to announce that our Mountain West Division has earned the 2025 Safety Excellence Certificate of Commendation for achieving recordable and lost workday case incidence rates 25% or more below the industry average.
