Henry Nutt III, Preconstruction Executive, takes a field walk with The Lean Builder to talk about his Lean journey. Henry was introduced to Lean 15 years ago and has since become an impactful member of the Lean community. As a founding member and Vice Chairman of The Lean Construction Institute (LCI) which strives to promote Lean thinking, tools, and technology to improve efficiency in the construction industry, Henry's goal is to empower people to make effective, safe, and successful decisions.
Henry's game changing approach to running work in the field is to have respect for people. He believes that it is a main catalyst for discussions, approaches, conflicts, collaboration, and application of Lean practices and innovations.
