Judd Fuoto, Construction Technologies Manager, sat down with Digital Builder to discuss his role at Southland and what it takes to create a strong foundation for getting innovative technology off the ground. Judd explains that it is important to be strategic with your planning and technology investments. For technology to succeed, a process and groundwork must be laid out strategically.
Judd's approach is to remain objective and not be afraid to look in the mirror when examining a process. "That's what people love. All of a sudden you can move at a faster pace. They see how the technology and processes click into place, and they get excited." Judd explains.
