This interactive session will provide attendees the opportunity to learn how contractors manage to tackle obstacles in the field and in the office by sharing lessons learned.

Chad Salge, Vice President of Virtual Design and Engineering, will facilitate a panel of manufacturing representatives to share insights on how artificial intelligence (AI) is impacting their businesses and workflows. During this session, the group will share how companies can drive digital transformation to leverage the power of AI in HVAC system design, construction schedules, estimating, and more. Chad will also provide input on how AI can impact mechanical contracting from a mechanical contractor's perspective throughout the session.

Ted Lynch, CEO, will join Curtis Harbour, Vice President of Labor Relations, and other industry experts to help attendees understand the market dynamics and the implications of selling or buying in today's environment. This session will explore key trends contractors are experiencing across the country, offer insights into the current market landscape, and detail the merger and acquisitions process from both the buyer and seller perspectives.
