Southland Industries' Mid-Atlantic Division was recently recognized in Engineer News Record (ENR) Mid-Atlantic's 2020 Best Projects for their work at Central Records Complex in Winchester, Virginia. The Award of Merit recognizes and honors the best construction projects and the companies that designed and built them. Southland had to meet strict National Archives and Records Administration certification standards for this project which was completed on budget and a week early.
