Lean Construction Institute (LCI) is hosting their 24th annual LCI Congress, "Lean Gumbo: The Right Ingredients for Project Success." During the Congress, attendees will gain new ideas and perspectives that will drive Lean practices forward with the Lean community coming together for unparalleled knowledge-sharing across disciplines to promote continuous improvement in the Lean industry. 

On Thursday, October 19, 2022, join Victor Sanvido, Senior Vice President, at 9:15 a.m. during the National Owner Panel where he will discuss Lean project delivery and Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA) contracting alongside other industry leaders.

At 11:45 a.m., join Henry Nutt III, Preconstruction Executive, during "Handbook for Trade Adoption: Research and Resources for Continuous Improvement," where he will discuss different approaches to adopting Lean backed by real-world observations and studies.

Join Henry again at 11:30 a.m. during, "Live Lab 3 – Digital from the Beginning: Pull Planning the Wallbridge Collaborative Way," as he, alongside other Lean partners, explain the process of adopting new technology.  

At 2:30 p.m., join, Jared Baughman, Project Manager, Arick Washington, Superintendent, and Andrew Rhodes, Business Development Lead, as they present, "Trade Partners Prefabrication-Breaking the Mold." During this session, they will discuss how to maximize prefabrication and how trade partners should lead the push for prefabrication.

On Friday, October 20, 2022, join Natasha Schnaitmann, Preconstruction Executive, at 1:30 p.m. during "Do Owners Need to Get Over the IFOA Hurdle?" as she, alongside other panelists, discuss their journey to IFOA or IPD projects and their hurdles.

At 2:30 p.m., join Ron Heise, Superintendent, Tony Lowe, Project Superintendent, and Henry Nutt, Preconstruction Executive, during "Taking it to the Streets," as they collaborate on ways to introduce, train, and retain the future workforce.
