What do we look for on our Sales and Business Development Team?
The roles of our Sales and Business Development team range from developing proposals on HVAC mechanical and building automation construction sales, selling complex and head-turning energy performance contracting solutions, to composing preventative maintenance agreements in order to find and win new customers. The primary function of this team is to develop client relationships and actively prospect for new sales opportunities.
Our Sales and Business Development team at Southland Industries is looking for people nationwide who have the accountability to sell large MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Construction and Energy projects for both the Southland Energy and Envise Divisions.
