IFMA Orange County Chapter "Leadership & Strategy" Course

International Facility Management Association – Orange County Chapter (IFMA) promotes excellence in the management of the work environment by serving as a local resource and representative for facility management within an organization.

During their Leadership and Strategy Course, attendees will learn effective strategies for planning, leading and managing the facility management organization, and influencing demand organization. Speaking Phyllis Meng, CFM, IFMA Fellow, will offer flexible and targeted training that will enhance attendee's knowledge and identify credible drivers of success.
