2022 Women in Construction Conference

The Women in Construction (WIC) Conference is the Mid-Atlantic region's forum for education, professional development, and networking for women in the build industry. The organization empowers women to continue to grow and achieve success in the community. WIC represents every discipline, including general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, engineers, trade associations, nonprofits, construction consulting companies, and law firms.    

Join Julianna Falzon, Project Manager, as she moderates the breakout session "Empowered Women Empower Women: Bringing Women into the Field" sponsored and presented by Southland Industries. Julie will be joined by Raenika Dicks, Tool Room Manager, Robin Mitchell, Rosendin Electric Fire Alarm Foreman, and Carol May, Hensel Phelps Project Superintendent.

At 2:20 p.m., join Wendy Montgomery, Talent Management Director, during "Navigating Turbulent Times" as she provides real-world examples of how companies are adapting, including challenges and successes. Wendy will be joined by Kelly Hernandez, Clark Construction Chief Financial Officer, Natasha Sleigh, Delta Consulting Group Associate Director, and Janae Powers, Gilbane Senior Project Executive.
