Lean Construction Institute (LCI) DC Metro Community of Practice (CoP) is hosting the 2022 LCI Congress Preview. This preview will feature speakers from the PennFirst team, including Balfour Beatty and Southland Industries' Mid-Atlantic Division, who built the $1.6 billion Penn Medicine Pavilion under an IPD contract using many Lean methodologies.

Join Jared Baughman, Project Manager, Ron Los, Shop Manager, and Andrew Rhodes, Business Development Lead, as they present: Trade Partners Prefabrication – Breaking the Mold. During this session, they will discuss how to maximize prefabrication and how trade partners should lead the push for prefabrication on future projects.
