Construction Inclusion Week (CIW) 2026

Presented by: Construction Inclusion Week (CIW)
Sponsored by: Southland Industries

Construction Inclusion Week (CIW) is a nationwide initiative focused on building a stronger future for the construction industry by creating welcoming, respectful workplaces where people can grow and succeed.

At Southland, that commitment is reflected in how we invest in our people — from developing the next generation of skilled workers to expanding hands-on learning opportunities and accessible career pathways. As a Visionary Sponsor, we're proud to support CIW through our People First culture and our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel supported, empowered, and valued.
