Curtis Harbour, Vice President of Labor Relations and newly appointed President of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), recently shared his industry perspectives and key priorities for advancing the mechanical contracting industry in an interview with Contractor Magazine.
The interview covers the importance of mentorship and a people-first approach to leadership, the value of collaboration between contractors and unions to address workforce shortages, and the need for contractors to take an active role in joint recruiting efforts to grow the skilled trades pipeline.
