As Southland's Philadelphia Division Leader, Sean Brooks oversees the overall performance and growth of the greater Philadelphia region.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction, engineering, and contracting industry, Sean is focused on further strengthening Southland's position and operations in the region. Previously serving as preconstruction manager, Sean has led the Philadelphia Division's preconstruction and business development strategy. He also has experience leading project management and estimating teams and overseeing fabrication and field operations.
Sean received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Delaware. He is active in multiple industry organizations, including SMACNA, ASHRAE, and the Lean Construction Institute.
