Southland Industries' Mid-Atlantic Division was recently awarded two Craftsmanship Awards from the Washington Building Congress (WBC) for work performed at the National Museum of the U.S. Army on HVAC-Piping and HVAC-Sheet Metal. The NMUSA is a new construction design-build project that was completed mid-2019 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The project also won awards for metal panels, architectural millwork, terrazzo, and plaster.
The Museum is set to open June 2020 following final exhibit build-out.
