The OSU Cascade AB-2 project included work performed on a new academic building and onsite and offsite infrastructure. This included work as part of a phased expansion to serve the STEM disciplines at the university’s growing campus.
The project included a geo-exchange system for thermal energy to provide heating and cooling where necessary and a central utility plant with boilers fueled by either natural gas or biomass. Southland utilized coordination and goal alignment to ensure the success of this project.
Southland successfully delivered this project and maintained client satisfaction.
