Southland provided design-build preconstruction, prefabrication, BIM, and construction services for the mechanical HVAC scope of the project.
This project was a 27,500 square foot renovation of a 4-level, city-owned historic hotel that also included an addition of a new 50,000 square foot, 9-story tower. Upon completion, the hotel will feature 113 rooms, meeting and retail spaces, a restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a speakeasy.
Southland utilized extensive coordination to successfully complete this project. The design included VRF heating/cooling, dedicated outside air (DOA) ventilation units, multiple kitchen/bar/restaurant areas, and planning for future retail tenants.
Southland successfully delivered this project and maintained client satisfaction.
