Monday, October 1, 2018 - 19:45

TCM, a Southland Industries company, recently completed work on the 320,000 SF OHSU Knight Cancer Research Building (KCRB). Providing Dry Side Mechanical services for the 7-story building, TCM participated in an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process to deliver this state-of-the-art building focused on cancer research and detection.  From start to finish the building was built with collaboration in mind and utilized different aspects of multi-trade modular construction.  The facility features common spaces, open floor plans, a conference center with a 300-seat auditorium and numerous wet and dry labs. The building is expected to receive LEED Platinum designation for energy efficiency and environmentally friendly materials.

TCM looks forward to continued collaborative efforts with OHSU, General Contractor – Andersen Construction, and the other members of the IPD team.
