The companies ranked each have between 100-499 employees in Oregon and/or Southwest Washington. This year, TCM, a Southland Industries company, was ranked number 12 on the list. The top workplaces were selected based on the results of employee engagement surveys. Winners were honored in a virtual ceremony on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
