items for which we offer maintenance services.
We provide comprehensive maintenance programs coupled with retrofit and repair capabilities to effectively maintain your systems; additionally, Southland is well-versed in the special maintenance needs of LEED certified facilities. All of our programs are designed to help
you maintain your operating budgets, and we'll work with you to determine which one fits best:
Customized Maintenance Program – Following our evaluation of your facility and its equipment, as well as your overall business goals, we create a customized maintenance service solution. You'll have the flexibility to adjust the level of
service according to your needs over time.
Guaranteed Comprehensive Maintenance Program – This is a complete-coverage, proactive maintenance plan that includes parts and labor for a fixed annual rate. Our all-inclusive program allows for accurate budgeting, while guaranteeing system
reliability and efficiency.
Preventative Maintenance Program – We service your equipment per manufacturer specifications and our own recommendations. Regular schedules and records create a history, which helps predict potential problems, reduces repair downtimes and
extends the life of the equipment.
Test and Inspect Program – Under this simple plan, we verify system operation through a predetermined schedule of maintenance tasks. You'll receive reports about operating problems and suggested recommendations.
Operating Engineers/Facility Support – For full-time service needs, we place support personnel (along with necessary tools) in your facility to perform systems operation and maintenance. Personnel remain employees of Southland, but report
to and take direction from your site staff.
