Southern California Division Awarded Chaffey College Project

The Southern California Division has been awarded the Physical Science and Math Success Center Building Renovation Project at Chaffey College.  Southland was awarded the project as the Prime contractor.  The project scope consists of classroom renovations and ADA upgrades to three existing buildings totaling 13,500 square feet.  Each building will be gutted and will be remodeled with new glazing, walls, flooring, doors, casework, security, fire alarm, fire protection, HVAC controls, lighting upgrades, and mechanical upgrades.  The mechanical scope includes renovation of a double-duct HVAC system and a lab plumbing system.  The schedule for this project is two months, and all work must be completed by August 16th, 2010 for the first day of the fall semester.
