Northern California Division awarded two contracts
The Northern California Division successfully obtained two significant projects recently. First is the Amgen AFS 5 project, which is a 20,000sf retrofit of a biotech facility. Second is the UCSF MOB and Energy Plant project. Set in the Mission Bay area of San Francisco, this project consists of a 220,000 sf medical office building and the accompanying 5,000-ton central plant that will also serve as a new hospital facility. Completion is scheduled for 2013.
