Southern California Division awarded West Los Angeles Athletic Complex contract

Southland Industries Southern California Division was awarded a contract for West L.A. Athletic Complex.  This project will take place at West Los Angeles College.  Southland will act as the Mechanical Engineer of Record and Mechanical Subcontractor.  This Design-Build project has been designed to meet LEED Platinum standards.  The scope of the project consists of the following:  180,000 s.f.  new athletic building, 3,000 seat baseball stadium, 2 soccer fields, softball field, sand volleyball courts and tennis courts.  Completion is scheduled for April 2012.
