Southland Industries’ Annual Mid-Atlantic Golf Tournament Raises $60,000 for Charity

Southland Industries, one of the nation's largest MEP building systems experts, hosted its 7th Annual Tee-Off for Charity Golf Tournament on September 24th at Evergreen Country Club in Haymarket, Virginia. Southland’s Mid-Atlantic Division chose to donate proceeds from the tournament to local non-profit organizations, Loudoun Youth, Inc. and Loudoun Habitat for Humanity. In total, the tournament raised approximately $60,000 for the two beneficiaries.
“This year marked Southland’s 7th annual golf outing and, as an established business in Loudoun County, we could not have been more excited to work with the Loudoun Habitat for Humanity and Loudoun Youth charities again,” stated Mike Miller, Southland’s Mid-Atlantic Division Leader. “We continue to be grateful for the support that our clients, vendors, and subcontractors in the engineering and construction industry provide us each fall. It’s through their generosity that we can continue to build a stronger community here in Loudoun County,” Miller continued.
