Portland, OR

TCM, a Southland Industries company, was recently named a 2018 Top Workplace for Oregon/Southern Washington by The Oregonian. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

TCM is built upon a variety of core values that are inextricably woven into the company’s everyday operations. It is these core values, along with the employees that reflect these values, that make TCM the company it is today. Some of the mantras found on TCM’s list of core values include “we are one team,” “we do the right thing”, “we have fun” and “we hold ourselves accountable” which, along with opportunities for growth, advancement and training on multiple levels as a wholly owned subsidiary of Southland Industries, have helped make TCM a workplace like no other.
